Damn great timing LoL…what do u think it was from the chicken u ate? WeLL hopefuLLy Like u said its just a 24 hour thing and uLL be back to normaL for tomorrow’s training. How did u feeL today by the way, were you sore at aLL? And how much weight, if any, did u Lose from being sick? Cant wait to check back in tomorrow bro!
Man that’s a bad way to start out. I had food poisoning recently and dropped 8lbs in a few days! Went from 230lbs down to 222lbs!! I feel for you but like you say, its just a speed bump. I am now back up to 233lbs…What makes it worse for me is I am trying to put on size so I can compete next year at a weight I believe will aid me in winning my first show as long as my conditioning is spot on. Keep it up Kevin..you are an inspiration to all up and coming bodybuilders.
wow, that sucks! but a little food poisoning can’t get the Maryland Muscle Machine down!
You have always overcome obstacles, Kevin.
Looking forward to the next workout video.
FULBLOWN genetic elite right there.
By the way Kevin, you look GREAT for your age, at 45 you look younger than most 20 year olds lol!
Hey Kevin,
I a huge fan, I look forward to the transformation. Although the food poisoning throws you for a twist, good to hear you’ll be back to training. I think it’s cool that your doing documenting this experience and letting us watch along. I’ll be checking the site daily.
Thanks for the inspiration,
Mark82
Hi Kevin. It`s sad to hear about your food poisoning, maybe to much protein after long break?
I have some irrelevant question about your blood pressure. What was your highest blood pressure during your pro bodybuilding career?
Regards
Keep going, tomorrow we want to see your second training. I’m from Brazil and I have one website about bodybuilding, we just want to see you in this great journey to see what will happen with you, it’s very interesting these things, about muscular memory.
Just what I needed to hear. Been feeling sorry for myself cos I hurt my left quad pretty bad, and I am entering a contest in 7 weeks. Not going to let it get me down. Gonna move forward an pick up the pieces like you said! Thanx man.
i just wanna say get well soon kev,n that i just dont know where to start from but all i can say that is u r the reason why i started bodybuilding in the frist place,n the reason why i will continue till the day comes that i’d turn pro and remake your 2002 olympia routine which was the best of all time,,

Kevin it’s awsome that you decided to train natural, you are truly inspiring! I hope i can learn something from a former pro about training natural! My best regards!
Keep up the good work. This transformation journey could be groundbreaking and motivate thousands of people that otherwise would of never touched a weight to actually put in the effort and try.
muscular development improves quality of life at any level. mikecart1 if what you predict is true i will be blessed to have helped even one person, let alone thousands.
I was gladly surprised today that a found you were creating a blog Kevin. Go on training!! you are bound to be inspirational for tons of people reading it.
thats what i said until i found out that your transforming your body, but im going to stick with it, i start next week monday. Your prob the coolest celebrity that actually responds to peoples questions thats real cool man.
Ciao Kevin,
I hope you get well the soon as possible, you know…shit happen’s but..i mean…you’re Kevin Levrone man,a hero for all of us.Do you remember you’re routine in 1991? Great song:I got the power! And you still got it!
See You tomorrow on this board
Walter
Right on Kevin. Keep on training man, only good can from this. You’re helping inspire a ton of people out there with this and this is an awesome thing you’re doing interacting with people. Hope you’re feeling better and get a good workout in.
Great job Kevin. Inspiration is a reciprocating thing. You inspire all of us with your motivation. I wouldn’t say your body is all genetics, etc. Even a person with the worst genetics in the world can overcome by work ethics. Just moderate genetics coupled with superior work ethics can make a person.
Wow Kevin. I really am speechless..
I’ve been your fan since I first started competing bodybuilding and to see you starting the engine again and speaking inspirational words like this is simply amazing. I’ll be checking back and following through your journey as well as mine.
Keep it up Kevin!

Kevin million thank you’s for what you are doing!! Inspiring a lot of people here…I cant think of any other BB who would take time (FREE TIME) like this to help everybody like you are doing.
I am making a 180 degree transformation recomposition myself. 23 years old, been building muscle for a couple years….been 16-18% bodyfat most my life…On the way to seeing the real me….getting down into the single digits.
I woke up one day and just said f–k this, I aint lookin like this no more.
Glad to be going through this at the same time as you. very motivational
Hey Kev, First off, I just want to say how ecstatic I am that you are back at it; and as you can see, you have hundreds of people who love and support you, not only as a bodybuilder but as a person. So thank you for being a positive force to the world. Anyway, I just really wanted to thank you for your words, they have really helped me, not only in the gym, but in my personal life. My lives in Tomsk, Russia, and for the last couple of months I have been really bummed because I haven’t been able to see her in a while, and it has been really hard, it was to the point where I almost threw in the towel, and said I cant handle this anymore. But then I watched a couple of your videos, and especially this one, it helped me understand that anything worth having in this life is not easy, and if you want something bad enough, then you should go get it, no matter how hard it is. So I thought to myself, what do I want more than anything?, so I took off my skirt (so to speak) and said, “I want her more than anything”, and now things are better than ever. I am going to see her in a couple months, and she is planning on moving here next year. I feel like a cheesy lame ass for writing all this, but I just had to tell you from bottom of my heart, that I thank you for your words, they might have been the reason why we are still together; and she is the most important thing in my life. I apologize for the length of this comment, but I just had to let you know. You are an inspiration in and out of the gym. -Tye-
