Damn 7 plates for 10 reps after missing 4 years is pretty damn good Kev LoL…how are u feeling? How did the food go down today after being iLL yesterday? So many questions we have bro LOL….

    • ASJChaotic says:

No doubt, and there are guys on forums saying it’s impossible for Kevin to bench 315 without touching weights for years, it is unbelievable well, that’s how good Mr. Levrone is! 8)

      Go Kevin!!!!

  2. Torsten says:

    Hi Kevin,

unbelievable what you are doing. Guess this page will the best side for the sport. Putting the sport into the right spot again. Hard to believe that you haven’t hit the gym for about 2/3 years! If you keep pumping like that…Mr O. is right around the corner…Great side, great vids and information. Thanks Kevin!

  3. gymtime says:

Good stuff man, did you begin the workout with barbell squats? do you plan on it? how about deads? or are you doing them with back?

    • Filmboy says:

why do you care? You’re the last person that is concerned with legs. Why don’t you train your legs?

btw, great work Kevin! Keep on keepin on

      • gymtime says:

oh hey bro, arent you the kid that has zero friends in real life, got banned off the only message board that believed your fake persona at one time, and consequently lies about owning a dodge viper and being a movie producer?

in real life youre fail though, amirite? mega fucking fail.

      • Squeezer says:

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

UMM HOW i word this… ok u take 20 lbs no lifting for 30lb if guy, so divide 2 u dont sit, u get 10 but for guy it no 30, so 20 would be for guy if u werent a girl ?

    • Filmboy says:

Hey didn’t you post one day that you wanted to look like Levrone did when he was in the O? Word to the wise, you can use all the gear in the world (and do) and you will still be a tiny, worthless acne covered little boy living in your mothers basement for the rest of your life.

  4. ASJChaotic says:

It reminded me of M3 the video.

I feel like I am right there doing the reps with you while screaming “common Kevin, push it!!!!” haha ๐Ÿ˜€

  8. SAV GHEORGHE says:

Hy kEv! Just arrived at work and… checked out if there were any new posts…nice leg training. I am so curious about your progress; nice piano playing. Maybe one day we’ll have a gig together, you at the piano accompanying me at the saxophone.
What do you think about stretching? Do you reccomand it? Some say it’s good, others say it’a bad for you muscle tissuse. I know a big guy that reccomands it, he is a “World’s strongest man” contenter Manfred Hoerbel, from Austria. I did incorporate strething into my workouts, but for short periods, so therefore I cannot say if it had any effects on the muscles. Hope to hear from you! Congratulations for come back!

    • koerperkult says:

as i remember he always mentioned how important stratching is (like in full blown/m3) …and as far as I’m informed stratching is very GOOD and important and defently helps muscle grow also it flexibility ! but lets see what the master says ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. WillD says:

hell yeah kevin doing it fulblown baby!! go all out kevin all out, dont care about haters because the Maryland Muscle Machine is back and we all know he wont leave the game without a sandow! so just do your thing man and keep it up ROCK THE PLACE!!

  10. Roger says:

Great work Kev! I bet memories of the old days are coming back huh?

How are you going on soreness etc? As your body ain’t used to it as you said, I assume you’re feeling it? All part of the game.

    • callesteve says:

Nicely done Kev, having flashbacks to those days when you were killing them up on the stage.

My question is the same as Roger: How you dealing with the soreness bro?

I know you gotta be hurting in the morning?

  11. bodybuilding101 says:

  18. nicotinecanada says:

    YES! levrone is back…..

just found the site and the youtube vids.

when i started my weightloss (103lbs!) he was one of my huge inspirations…

kevin, ever thought of doing a diet questions/answers thread?

i could use a bit of help with mine for my current body size/goals….

and, sorry for so many, but 2nd question…

frequency of ab workouts? im doing them every 3 days. i feel they are lagging compared to my progress everywhere else. i see some people do them daily, some once a week. any tips?

you’re the king! can’t wait to see you at 245… you gotta feel good being back at it!

  19. nicotinecanada says:

oops…guess there is an eating thread at the top..i guess my excitement was blinding me ๐Ÿ˜›

  20. sarpa says:

i just want to say that this is the moment i was looking for – u again training… i wish you good luck, no injury or something that could slow you down. And question in the end – are you going to do squads? you could write down something about it, if you have time…

  21. felix83 says:

Nice job Kevin, I still can’t believe you caught the bug for the iron again. 4 years is quite a long time to be out of it. It seems youve found that passion again for an activity which you excelled to the top in. That, in and of itself, is just marvellous.

There just isn’nt much out there that tops the feeling of a massive pump from lifting heavy weights above your head, you know, pushing out one more rep through the burn.

Refusing to let go when your body and your mind are begging you to stop. Knowing that THAT is what it takes to be bigger, to be better, that the rest.

  22. John says:

Is there a benefit to wearing layers of clothes when you train? I’ve noticed in your videos sometimes you wear pants with a shirt or two and a jacket with a hat then you gradually decrease the clothing during the workout then put on more for cardio. Which reminds me, are you doing cardio now and when?

  23. klfan says:

kevin which of the shows you won you were happier than ever?

  24. Brian Judge says:

Kev, take a look at your face in that video when you get off the leg press. You look like a kid in a candy store. I think you are feeling the love again…look out!

  25. Kevin M says:

    great stuff

  26. klfan says:

as long as the passion is there what could ever stop you!

  27. Etienne says:

    Ey mr levroneeee!!!!

Great job getting back in to shape man! Show us how to do it and lead the way to the ultimate musclemass increase possible. Still playing your maryland muscle machine here. Hope there will come a part 2 in the future!

Good luck and we are all behind you, think of that when you are confronted with another obstacle!

  28. Jose says:

    unbelievable. We belive in you

  29. Chay says:

Kev, do you plan to increase caloric intake as you progress? Post up your leg workout if you can. Thanks.

  30. ASJChaotic says:

    Absolutely insane! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

  32. axestream says:

Kevin you must be very SORE today, bro. Can we get some footage of you walking around? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Anyway, thanks for the great updates. Very cool to see you back in the gym.

    • I shouldn’t even be able to WALK today. But I’m not sore so that either means all those people are right about me being a freak, or it means I need to dig a little deeper with more plates. probably a little of both. another workout today, back and bi’s and i’m posting the footage later tonight. every comment you guys make adds to my TENACITY.

  33. Fontoura says:
