      Hi.Kevin already wrote about his diet…rise,chicken,water…There is no magic…In my opinion the hardest think is to keep eating everything every day.Not 4 day “on” 1 “off”.Every singel day and that is the real magic for me:).

    First I have to tell you that your amazing. Would really be a cool thing if you could start showing the first page of a daily newspaper just to be sure that you do all the great progess in that amount of time that your telling us. It’s almost unreal, your progress. You’ve always been my favorite bodybuilder and I would really appreciate if you proove everybody that you can gain that ammount in such a short period of time. You just have to hold up that page everytime or maybe when you take your weekly progresspics, just to be sure. Take care man, keep healty and Happy.

    Kevin, Fantastic thing youre doing here, really inspired a skinny ectomorph like me to get in the gym and put some muscle on.
    My question to you is what workout routine would you recommend to a 20 yo natural beginner.
    There is so much information out there that its hard to know what is correct, what isn’t, whats good, whats bad. So the opportunity to ask someone who knows directly is not an opportnuity to miss.

    Hi Kevin,

    How far down should you take the dumbbell..i thought it was until your triceps were straight in line with the ground, i noticed that for some of your reps your elbows were really low, pointing towards the ground. I ask this as i read that taking it too low can cause unnecessary strain on the shoulder
