150 lb pushdowns, 6 sets x 150 lbs. This was my last set of a huge workout – can’t believe how pumped I look. Triceps can take high reps and a lot of punishment. The tris are fired up with blood flow and ready to go after chest and shoulders, so finish what you start and get all the pushing movements done in the same workout. A lot of bodybuilders don’t do this, but you should – it’s all about blood flow. (Respect to Rick the “camera man,” I’m just playing with you, bro.)
With larger muscle groups like chest, back and legs, I do four exercises, a total of 16 sets, keeping the reps between 6 and 8 with free weights. This builds mass and strength. With machines I keep reps between 12 and 20 – this cuts you up and brings more detail into the muscle.
The transformation is in real time. You’re watching me change week by week, naturally, although I did take a sample from the lab today and it worked – you can tell by the look in my eye at the end of the incline dumbell clip. :0 I was much more pumped and alert in my workout. I’ll be telling you about it tonight when I post the Week 4 Picture.
Your results will be different than mine – we have different genetics and muscle memory. These exercises on The Levrone Report are for experienced weight trainers only. Beginners need to check with a doctor or trainer before starting a program like this. Be sure you don’t overdo it. I’m always in control of the weights and you should be, too.
The training is working for me and it’ll work for you. Those of you doing your transformation along with me, let me know how you’re growing. We’re all in this together and I’m starting to feel the tremendous power that comes from doing this with thousands of people watching. Tap into that power while you can and join me.

that’s what’s up!
Why another short clip?
because thats the length of the clip that he took. dude posts a new video every single day, give him a break, some of you have downs syndrome or something i swear.
gymtime, way to go dude. This blog wouldn’t be the same without your negative attitude on it.
Way to go Kev!
Sorry but I could have sworn he said all his clips will be longer… oh well.
Damn freak…can’t wait to see what you’ll be doing at 8 weeks in.
Kevin!
At first I thought it was going to be the hundred pound dumbbell curls! But im sure they are on the way…
A buddy calls me Levrone Jr. at the gym I work out at…couldnt be more of a compliment man.
Keep it up, im definately checking out the blog day and night…
Peace!
Eye of the tiger look at the end. lol.
You’re a beast! I hope you’re having as much fun as we all are.
more
Now that’s the real deal right here. Now we’re getting close to serious here! You’re lifting those dumbells like they were Q-tips!
Would be cool to see the whole workout, but that’s cool. It takes time and sometimes you need to focus on the training and the camera UP YOUR FACE!
..focus on the training and NOT the camera IN YOUR FACE that is…
The whole workout is asking too much man. He’s already doing us a HUGE favor by this site and the videos he has been producing for it. Remember he’s not getting paid for this. He’s doing the bodybuilding community wonders with this site. Hopefully other pro’s and retirees will do the same thing so that they and the fans will have a much closer relationship that will in turn help the sport of bodybuilding grow (which it desperately needs). Only say the top 20 or 30 guys in the world make a living off it with most of their money coming from sponsors and ironically enough regardless of who is in that top 20 or 30 they are sponsored by the same few supplement companies. Now imagine if Nike, Adidas, etc. got heavily involved…maybe bodybuilding would even put back on ESPN or any channel for that matter. That is one of the main reasons the 90’s were the peak thus far for bodybuilding…because of the reach it had by being on television. Great things will come from this site indeed. Hopefully it ignites a spark. Thanks Kevin.
Damn good point man! You don’t see any Bodybuilding on TV anymore.
John. Oh absolutely. I meant to say that as much as I love to see more, I totally understand that he can’t post bits from the entire workout everytime. And also, I would think talking to the camera each time would be quite distracting.
I totally think that we’re lucky as hell that he is doing what he is doing and sharing it with us. What Kevin is doing is inspiring me to take my training to the next level.
I’m very thankful.
if it wasnt for youtube, i wouldn’t know where else i would be able to watch the olympia without going to the actual event.
yeah baby
Those heavier dumbs are lookin like baby rattles to you Kev.
Your comin up quick. I can’t wait to see how far you take this transformation brotha.
Now eat some food, throw back some water, and rest 😉
Peace
Started training for the 1st time ever, the week you started this blog.
I just want to be the best that I can be and get inspiration every day when I see the new vids/info.
Training has given me a new vigour when I get up every morning.
Lovin it….
Woha Kevin you are very strong! I use less weight, but i try to do more reps, and I make the muscle very tired.
Sometimes i use very heavy weight, but just to shock my body. I think is good focus on the muscles, feeling the contractions and the pump. sometimes i see guys who use very heavy weight but they do the set in a wrong way. I prefer a little less weight (still heavy) but not less than 12 reps, and more for legs.
What do you think brother?
You need to learn how to weight left…
Liftng more than 12 reps is not optimal for muscle growth. You should use a weight where failure occurs within 8 – 12 reps for maximum muscle growth but to get big you have to get strong FIRST. So start lifting 4 – 6 reps to get as strong as possible first, and when you get there work on muscle volume. Also a good way to get strong is periodisation.
For instance:
Week 1. Lift 180 lb
Week 2. Lift 200 lb
Week 3. Lift 220 lb
Week 4. Lift 190 lb
Week 5. Lift 210 lb
Week 6. Lift 230 lb
And so on…
Pretty heavy weights for dumbell incline. Well done on your incredible progress naturally.
When are you going to try a forced rep again on the flat bench Kevin?
Wont be long untill you do the 180s for inclines… 😉
Oh shit the BEAST is coming out inside ya Kev I can see it!!! What an amazing high, pushing up weights you couldn’t do last week! My drug of choice.
Nice 1one. You are soo… Red ;p solarium On ;p?

Go Kevin!
That’s why you are getting big so fast! Visualize, focus and just lift heavier than the previous workout.

a big fan you, gil.n,Israel!
hey kevin love to see you back in the gym wild progress in such a short time .. it looks good, I look forward to see your next clip Brian Denmark
I believe what hes doing is 100% natural, these arent weights that would be considered crazy, even for a natural body builder.
However, Kev, you will plateau in a month or 2 seeing as your genetics are catching up to your old form rather quickly.
Do tell us what supplements you will take.
Creatine, Pre workout drinks, BCAAs, etc…
Also, are you taking any joint support yet? After 4 years of taking off and jumping in to big weight like this your tendons and cartilage take a toll. I know mine did 😦
he must be taking that der cell-tech
OK, here’s the deal with supplements:
This week I started taking a blend of interesting ingredients that worked in my past, mixed with some new, cutting-edge ingredients. I was able to work out longer and harder, with less burn, (oddly, last workout, chest/shoulder/tri I felt no burn) and I had the most incredible pump I can remember. It’s going to be part of my regimen going forward. It’s cool that I know first hand what it is, how much is in it, and where it comes from.
No joint support, just easing into it – I didn’t go to failure on many workouts just to get the tendons used to the load.
Who was that guy? I can’t spot you any more? Am I not good enough?
I told you dude your done. Kev doesnt wasnt noice is crew,
nigga u aint me.
kevin you are the best!!!!!!!!
Tell us what supplements you take
Maryland Muscle Machine getting huge again. Looking good Kev. How much you weighing now? Did you up your calories from 3000?
Will people start reading throughout the site please. KEVIN ISN’T TAKING ANY SUPPLEMENTS!!! It’s been said over and over. He said he’s trying a formulation of sorts and he’ll let us know if it works out and if it does he is going to sell it, but until then the ingredients won’t be revealed.
cool you’re wearing shorts kevin!!! hope you wear em during your next leg day, i want to see the legs in action. it is amazing how fast you are progressing, your body is just blowing up. i was visualizing you today in the gym again and i think it helped get up those last reps.
great job kevin!
respect!
GREAT JOB KEVIN i tried lifting the 70 pound dumbells at my gym and managed to squeeze out 4 sets with 6 reps each. Also the spotter is really good. he was very vocal and motivating good job
ANDREW. You got a good mass-building workout in with those 70 pounders. You never know what you can do till you try. Next week, 80s, bro. True on the spotter. Let us know how it goes.
but what exircise was it????
it was incline chest press.
Well done Kevin.
I love that look on your face at the end, it says it all. Manic intensity, the joy of pushing the heavy iron up and reaching your goals.
KEEP IT UP! 🙂
Awesome!! your arms looks huge in this video!!
That must feel good!
your the man!!!
Cool 100 lbs or 45 kg, I can do this, very hard Kevin. You’re a strong man with 4 weeks training, in next 4 weeks you will use all weights in the gym.
Keep the good work with your training and with this blog. Don’t worried about some crazy guys here, you did this for free, need time to edit and upload these videos on youtube, I never saw one bodyduilder have one blog like this, they only care about money, don’t answer emails, nothing.
Congratulations for what you did until now and for what you will do.
100 lbs.Never in my life.I train heavy,I try to keep my protein high, but nothing,no results.Bodybuilding, like any other sport, requires genetic;I am a clean amateur.Romania support you and follow you every day,Kevin.
Dat shits all in ya head bra. I’m tell’n u dawg, you got ta strut. You think your ancestors in ancient Rome new anything bout genetics? naw, and they were fight’n giraffes and lions and shit in the colosuim.. Fucking LIONS dawg!
Go Levrone!
My mind and heart with you
Peace
I did the same for 8 Reps this Week. But it took me a lot more than only 5 Chest workouts to come to that level. For you its nothing but a peanut 😉
check kevin out in http://www.levronereport.com
hell yeah thats intensity baby just go all out and pump up the muscle machine!!! the sandow is yours THIS year or next near MAX
100 dumbells curls in your face once again very soon YEAH RIGHT
Great job man! That was awesome. Chest has always been a weak area for me and I finally have decided to start lifting hard and heavy and it’s made a huge difference. I can’t wait until I’m able to throw up 100lb db’s like that. Awesome!
Man I can’t wait to get off work to go work out. Kevin looked fired up like I haven’t seen him in any other video yet. This is what you were destined to do big man. Don’t deny it.
HEY KEV ALL YOUR REPS ARE 6 FOR MOST OF YOUR MOVEMENTS. IF YOU CAN GET MORE THEN 6 DO YOU PREFORM MORE REPS? OR YOUR JUST STICKING WITH LOW REPS? DID YOU ALWAYS TRAIN THIS WAY IN THE OFFSEASON?
Incredible, Kevin! You’re simply incredible! I had never thought that you could have so much results in only 4 weeks. Thanks to you, i’m more motivated than ever! I want to pump iron until my muscles explode!
For now, 100lbs are too much for me…. but i will do it! I can do it!!!!
Thanks man, you’re the best, and thanks for sharing with us.
Thanks Kevin for sharing your success with all of us. You have motivated a lot of people. I wanted to get big again myself and started the same time as you. I started at 180 not Im 207. Thank you once again.
I wish you the best!
KEVIN PLEASE ANSWER THIS BROSEPH:
What is your take on ALCOHOL in moderation, say once every week or once ever two weeks if you dont STRAY FROM YOUR DIET and get enough sleep.
Good job Kevin !
You looked electric in this clip! Most have been good shit form the lab 😉
What do you think about that “more reps for definition” principle? Many people say it’s a myth, because 1. weight lifting does not burn fat nearly as much as cardio, and 2. you cannot reduce body fat explicitly in certain areas.
Once I saw a guy doing cardio with a foil wrapped around his abs.. what is your take on that?
im totally addicted to these videos kevin, i dont know what im gonna do when the show is over, cause you’v already proved your point about genetics within only 4weeks haha
the journey never ends
Hey Kevin its me Chris nice work dude i was gonna get you a pair of straps since u needed some what gym are you in now ??
ya gonna buy that nigga some chocolates to?
I’m going str8 to the gym after what I’ve just saw. Thanks brother…Keep the motivation coming strong!!! Jyeah!!!!
Hey Kevin. ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDIN ME? You look fantastic, but as you know the journey’s not done yet. I want to see you bring back those famous Delts and Tris baby. I just want to let you know we all got love for you, as a body builder and as a person. You inspired me to finally pick up those 140 dums on incline. I got 6 reps, I have never even considered throwing those up before, but because of you, I said, F it, its time to work. Thank you so much man. Oh by the way, I feel like a fool giving you lifting advice, but for the next tricep workout, try making the positive just as slow as the negative, instead of just exploding at the top. Trust me, the term mind muscle connection will give you a whole knew meaning. Just try it and let me know if it works for you. Much brotherly, -Tye-
Amazing workouts man! Keep it up! 😉
Do you always train your triceps with such high reps?
Why don’t you train then your bisceps (When you do the isolations) in the same manner?
Sorry for my bad english.
Ps: This question is for everybody who might know the answer, because I really want to know.
Sweden here…
Kevin: Do you plan to separatly train your arms in the nearest future?
Now you train your biceps and triceps together with back and chest, but do you plan to change this training schedule?
Often we read about BB´ers who train arms separatly. Is that a wise choice or a bad choice, what´s your opinion about this?
Peace..out..
//Jimmy, Sweden
