Levrone Transformation, End Of Week 5 Photo • Levrone Report.com

Here’s the photo from end of week five. This was a week of shocking the muscles, lots of massive workouts, including three for legs. Reached important strength milestones on bench and behind the neck press. Cranked out my first squats. Banged out an intensive biceps program today that I’ll put up tomorrow.

Weighed 226 lbs yesterday. More definition, more size. That sums up this week’s gains. I gained significant weight this week – mostly in the legs.

The green veins are out – I’m at my leanest and biggest since I began five weeks ago. I’ll try to post a legs photo tomorrow so you can start following leg progress in the coming weeks.

The Finger Man video was something new and unusual. Most of you responded in a respectful, open-minded way – we’ve got a great community here, high-quality minds out there from all over the world and we’re all on this journey together. Whether you agree with statics or not, I hope it got you thinking about new approaches to training AND attitude, independence and commitment. I’ll post Part Two early this week.

– Kevin

  4. denise says:

wow. keep the inspiration, oh, i mean transformation coming. you look great in this weeks photo. i like the smile. you have a lot to be proud of.

  5. Steve W says:

kevin it is clear you look completely different over the 5 weeks. but now the question is, do you FEEL different in your regular life? i mean little things like sleeping, eating etc. i know when i stop working out for a while i feel like crap all the time but when im hitting the gym regularly, got my diet in check etc everything firing on all cylinders i feel great. wondering if you get the same effect man.

  6. Daniel of Sweden says:

Looks like you’ve gained some mass on your shoulders as well as legs. Abs also look a bit leaner. Good work. I’ve actually used some of your videos as a pre workout inspiration, I can almost feel my own muscle tingle when you lift your weights. Some of the best lifting technique I’ve seen. Really inspiring.

  7. Chris Winfield says:

Truly getting massive again bro. Love the blog.

  8. Roger says:

Great improvement! You can clearly tell that your upper body has grown since last photo. Fuller chest and delts and arms without a doubt!

I’m out of the gym for this entire week as I’m busy on a video shoot. Pisses me off, but what can you do…

  9. Rodney says:

Alright Kevin, bring the legs up over the next three weeks, drop water and go win a natural show somewhere. Just kiddin with ya man. That would be awesome though. I know guys who have trained their whole lives to look like you look right now and you have put on 26 pounds in 5 weeks. You are right on your 5lbs per week goal and once the legs come out, hold on to your hats boys; especially with you doing real squats again…HOLY CRAP I can’t wait.

I can definitely tell a difference from the first week until now. Your shoulders are more broad and you can really tell in the arm and chest areas how much fuller you are. When I can really tell is during your videos, meaning that you have got that “bodybuilder look” going, except better. You still have the symmetry and the lines and with another 20-25lbs in the right places you will look like a Roman god once again.

Oh, and don’t think we all don’t know the Olympia is coming up right around the corner and if you just “happen” to look friggin’ amazing about six weeks out from the show we will all be screaming for you to do it…if you want of course. But hell, you training naturally, gaining all that weight, doing the Olympia at the end, what a story of personal and professsional triumph. You are amazing either way Kevin. Keep up the hard work.

  10. Greg says:

    Kevin,
I’ve been a fan ever since I picked up my first FLEX mag in ’99. Love what you are doing here man. I’ve been focusing more on incorporating the power of the mind into my workouts for a couple of months now and the results have been awesome. I stummbled across your blog here a few weeks back you’ve got me bangin’ the weights harder than ever. Great to see you back at it Kev.
Keep it up and take care,
    Greg

    Hi Kevin,

it is awesome to watch your progress during those 5 weeks. Your journey is great inspiration and motivation for me and everybody else. Personally I appreciate The Path you choose: “If you have strong mind your body will get strong soon. You never give up you can never lose.” It is very very very deep idea and I respect you very much for that. Just keep working and never give up!!!!!Respect from Czech rep. (EU)

I guess the hormones from heavy leg workouts really do make all the difference. Back as well of course. It might be cool to see pics of back as well as legs. That’s not overdoing anything the slightest imho. You’re torturing your fans kev! 😀

  35. Michel R says:

    Awesome, Kev…

I hope in the near future you’ll elaborate a bit on the nutrition part of your transformation. As a fellow lifter, I have absolutely no problem to bully myself in the gym and to train hard and push myself to the limit, yet the nutrition part of bodybuilding, I have never mastered. I find nutrition just a hassle and it’s very hard to keep things simple and tasty… I’ve been doing (extreme)proteindiets and stuff, yet and normal, consistent (and above all easy!)bodybuildingstyle diet, has been impossible for me to implement. I hope you can give us some guidelines on how to proceed in that area, since 70% of the quality gains are based on diet, the rest well, most of know what we need to do in the gym…

    Anyway awesome transformation already 🙂

  36. Billy says:

This is so wild to me. Again, this show many people that genetics is the biggest factor in sports. Not drugs. Kev is like that buddy of ours who never lifts and come to the gym one day to hang out with your ass only to bench what you just worked your ass off getting up to. Kevin is that guy. Alittle over a month ago he couldn’t do 315lbs and yesterday he gets it twice. Kevin, you could have done more but Im glad you didn’t. I have a torn labrum and rotator cuff in my my right shoulder. It isn’t worth it man. However, keep up the strong showing. You are teaching these young bucks it isn’t about drugs. I having nothing against drugs, but God given gifts are something else.

  37. Pohlevan says:

We are waiting for 400 bench press! Good luck.

  38. evolude says:

kev, what’s the significance of green veins showing? I got to that point several times… is that right before, they protrude out of the skin?

  39. Roger says:

Parabéns sou seu fã. Que bom que voltou e que venha o OLIMPIA.

  40. Eddie says:

Good stuff to see, i really appreciate it, Kevin knows how to do something, Kevin is the men!

  41. Harry says:

    Hi Kev.
Wow man!!! From what i´ve seeing you´ll end up competing on stage once again Wow man looks amazing and inspirational too. Best wishes Bye!!

  42. edurne says:

incredible, you really gained mass, impressive kevin really

  43. Rob says:

    Hey Kevin,

    Just a random thought…

You could make a lot of $$$ from selling your transformation on DVD which could also get you even greater recognition than you already have amoungst those who are unaware, opening up so many more possibilities/doors etc.

Anyway thanks again for being kind enough to share this with us – and for free too!

  44. KingSyre says:

hey kevin great transformation!!! lookin real swole, you do look alot younger now compared to your first pic
