Hi Kevin, stumbled upon your website. Very admirable. I was wondering if you were not to compete in IFBB, why not try the Natural Feds and dominate there? I think they only require 5 or 7 years substance free. and you would have met those requirements?

    Good luck with your goals!
    Jules

  7. cristian says:

  13. Joe Benvenuti says:

I can’t imagine how hard it is for someone like you to keep good form and not try and use the weights you used to. I’ve seen you row 200 lb dumbells and cable row 300 pounds back in the day. It take alot of self control and discipline to put your ego aside and use good form with weight you can handle for now. Its hard after a break but the progress is unbelievable. Perfect display of hard work and discipline. Awesome. Im addicted to the site now, please come back to bodybuilding, my favorite physique of all time and the coolest person ive ever met. keep up the good work. God bless brother!

  14. Jay says:

    Robin

  17. Rodney says:

Keep it up big Kev. I know some people think your are growing too fast and probably using “unnatural” supplementation. What these idiots don’t understand it that you are a pro bodybuilding with pro genetics. You are going to grow much faster than the average person anyway. Don’t listen to the haters, keep it up man.

  18. Tommy says:

Hello Mr Levrone. Greetings from Sweden. I have a question. Do you ever push yourself to failure? or are you waiting intentionally with the highest intensity?

This site is the best bodybuilding site ever! Good luck with your progress

  19. johan waara says:

    Hi.

    looks great kavin!

Do you have any tip for a bad responding left arm ?

I have train for 15years and train similar program as you do now.
Usually a throw in a few extra sets on the left arm after biceps/triceps workout
(have try rep. many whit light weights and whit some heavier weights done this in periods) and sometimes do some extra sets in the middle of the week to.

Impressed how fast your body responds to training!
This blog is really great inspiration for both of us.

  20. Greg says:

    Hey Kev,

What about your lower back? You don’t do any deadlifts, good mornings, back extensions. Does it result from your concerns over potential injury? Are you going to implement some exercises aimed at strengthening your lower back?

    Greg.

  21. John says:

All I can say is wow. Your rate of growth is astonishing and it’s quality muscle your packing on unlike most people who get back in the gym and gain a few pounds of water which they believe to be muscle. Same with just starting a “diet”, most people lose a lot of water at first and think their “diet” is working, but yours really is and the morning cardio on an empty stomache is definitely working.

Cant wait to see full body pics man! Keep up the great work and this awesome site!

  22. Ivanski says:

Man, are you going to compete again???
    Nice blog btw :)!

  23. Alex from France says:

Hard workout! You look exhausted, Kevin… but such amazing results! You become bigger every day. I’m so much envious….
    Congratulations, man!

  24. Enzo says:

The video quality is really bad. It would be great if you could post the videos in youtube HD in the future. You can keep the quality of the original video that way and we can see your muscles better 😀

  25. Zoli says:

Hi Kevin! I can’t tell you how much I like this blog. Every video motivates and make me an animal when I go to the gym.

  26. kennyfat says:

My #1 blog!!!!!!!and i’ll tell all my friends to check it out 2!!thanks kevin

  27. Michael L says:

Kevin, your progress is amazing! Do you always train your last set to failure or will you eventually back down for a short period before hitting your sets to failure again? Just wondering about it in terms of over-training now that you are natural. However given that you are way ahead of the average trainer in terms of recovery I would not be surprised if you can train that hard all the time.
Hope you have time to respond.

    Much respect, Michael L

  37. Katiero says:

Hi Kevin! You’re even better, keep the good work, focused and disciplined. Can you tell me something?

1 – A resume of your training, like this:

    Sunday – Shoulders (4) and ABS (1)
    Monday – Chest (4) and Tri (2)
    Tuesday – OFF
    Wednesday – Cardio (30 minutes)

Like a complete resume of one week, include ABS and cardio. I’m sure that all guys here in LevroneReport.com will be very happy with this.

2 – If you are using any supplements or no, and if you will use.

Thanks for your support and knew that we will supporting you always.

    • oreitaK says:

He has said over and over again that he is not presently using any supplement right now. He said recently he will soon be using some blended mix thing that he will be selling if it works at a later date.

    • John says:

He does cardio for 45 minutes every morning on an empty stomach.

      • Katiero says:

Nice, but 45 minutes every day is not so much with empty stomach? Can compromise the muscles? I know that make cardio with empty stomach is good because help us to keep the accelerated metabolism, but i think that 30 minutes is more than enough, but I’m wrong. If Kevin does 45, so 45 is a nice time.

        Thanks John.

  38. Thomas Bergqvist says:

Motivating as hell! Going for my backworkout and will chose the same movements as you used today!

    Keep it coming kevin!

  40. Aron says:

Work the traps bro. It looks strange to see you growing everywhere but looking empty between your neck ad delts. Proportions!

  41. jasper says:

lol, some comments make me wonder wether some ppl are actually aware of levrone’s past

    • Enzo says:

Dude, Kevins background doesn’t make him an expert at training. He didn’t get there by knowing how to train perfectly, or know everything about nutrition and stuff. He got there with dedication, hard work and genetics. I look at this blog as purely motivational.

  42. Mike says:

You’re definitely growing. Keep up the good work.

  43. xpreS says:

hi kevin, do you feel any kind of burn out symptoms after 3 week for now??
You do not much rest it seems for me??

  49. musclenz says:

Magic stuff Kevin. Your Back & Bi routine is almost exactly what I do & just confirms to me that I’m on track. Unfortunately, I don’t quite grow as fast as you do. Nice job you are doing with the site. Respect, Rod

  50. -giv.Romania says:

Back and biceps was the hardest workout.I did not understand why you changed the distance between your hands during the EZ curl standing bar.Sorry, but I found this funny;if I did that,I certainly would have lost the focus.

  51. troy says:

your training intensity is noticeably much higher in this video and i cant wait to see how much of a difference your strength increases reflect on your mass gains from here on in as the weights get bigger, but your bicep strength is skyrocketing..these updates are getting better and better

  52. Dave S says:

    Kevin….Quick question……

You said you dont like to train calves after doing legs, because theyre worn out – understood…

why do you choose to do biceps AFTER back, and TRIS after CHEST?

I used to do this too, but recently have been doing CHEST/BIS, and later on in the week, BACK/TRIS, therefore when im hittin chest, my bis aint worn out, same goes for my tris when im hittin back. I make sure to hit them at different parts of the week to give both muscle groups sufficient recovery time………i’d love to hear your thoughts on this brother.

    • John says:

He does biceps after back because they are already pre exhausted and the same with triceps after chest. Why would you be worried about sore triceps on your back day bc they are not involved in any back exercise? Same with the biceps being sore on chest day. You’re talking about muscle groups being sore that have little to nothing to with the movements of either back (trieps) or chest (biceps, well for stabilization purposes).

  53. Dave S says:

you obviously didnt understand my question.

IF HE DID TRICEPS ON BACK DAY, THEY WOULDNT BE PRE EXHAUSTED AND HE COULD LIFT HEAVIER.

They would also be recovered since hes doing them substantially longer after his CHEST WORKOUT which he’d be doing biceps with.

When you train BACK WITH BIS theyre exhausted, EXACTLY, AKA not able to lift as much poundage. = not as much growth.

    • John says:

Not as much weight doesn’t mean not as much growth. Kevin used to be a ripped 250 lbs. and top 5 competitor. I’m sure he knows what he’s doing more than you, no offense.

  54. Andrew says:
